Opt Art a company in Z├╝rich, Switzerland creates upmarket top quality books sine 1993. Our best-known publication series are the Arts and Culture Chronicle. Opt Art Magazine and the Culinary Chronicle

The Arts and Culture Chronicle is an exclusive limited edition series whereby each oversized exemplar highlights the parallels of arts and culture and their life science relationships to tradition, innovation, excellence, distinctiveness and passion. Each exemplar is unique as we also include in here original art works from various artists.

For our Culinary Chronicle we visit worldwide top establishments and interview top class awarded chefs. This series receive awards at the international level and can be found in the libraries of professional chefs and passionate hobby chefs.

Opt Art Magazine is dedicated to fine arts, culture and culinary delicatessen products from selected geographic regions. Each periodic publication is a softcover book of approximately 200 pages and its dimensions makes them highly representative in receptions of top class hotels, galleries as well in the public areas of medical practices, lawyers offices and financial institutions.

Natalia comes from a place full of joy and multicultural values. Here she recognised the importance of the development of culinary skills and exceeding guest expectations in hospitality.

She have a curious foodie mindset, obtained a Master degree and looks back on a solid career in culinary arts. Natalia is deeply concerned about culinary education and highly interested in cultural customs related to food heritage.

Vivian Ngau Nguyen

Vivian Ngau Nguyen

She is born and raised in the beautiful coastal city of Da Nang, a true bridge between Northern and Southern cultural territories of Viet Nam. Also from here, Vivian learnt to observe, to recognize, and to appreciate her country.

After her hospitality studies at a reputable institute in Switzerland, Vivian returned to Viet Nam and passionately worked several years in well-known establishments to develop her skills and knowledge in food and beverages with a focus on culinary arts created with Vietnamese produce.

Jacqueline Postma

Jacqueline Postma

She is fascinated by different cultures and the stories behind them and completed her studies Cultural Anthropology at the Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She travelled around and lectured.

Jacqueline Postma worked as a journalist for a number of years and travelled through several countries. She lectured at several colleges and Universities. She admires and regularly visits cultural events and museums.

Dirk Wallenburg

Dirk Wallenburg

His career started in a two Michelin starred restaurant, worked thereafter for top class establishments in numerous countries and lectured at a reputable institute in Switzerland for hospitality studies.

Dirk Wallenburg is a permanent resident of Switzerland and partakes in several companies. He is a passionate art collector, highly interested in culture and enjoys cooking for family and friends.
