Proudly we created this book for the Haeberlin family from the "Auberge de l'Ill" in France over which three Michelin stars have been illuminating for over 30 years.

Paul Haeberlin, one of the most famous chefs of the 20th century, and his son Mare, reveal in this book the secrets of their most famous dishes. The hand-written recipes are illustrated with photographs, screen prints, watercolors and the most beautiful drawings and dedications from the guestbooks from 1956 onwards.

Names such as Roy Lichlenslein, Jean Cocteau, J.P. Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Marlene Dietrich or the Queen Mother make this art object a unique time document.

The elaborate workmanship in the centuries-old bookbinder tradition, the handmade paper with gold cut and the modern design make the work a bibliophile rarity. The unique edition of this book is limited to 1200 copies worldwide.  Each work is hand-signed by Paul, Jean-Pierre and Mare Haeberlin and numbered from 1 to 1200.
